Richard’s career began as an automotive apprentice, earning accolades such as Apprentice of the Year and grew to include managing large-scale workshop operations, leading sales initiatives and transforming numerous underperforming branches into profitable centres.

Richard has managed some of the largest truck workshops and service branches for industry giants like Scania, Volvo, Penske and Truckline, including in mine workshops. He has worked with every major European, Japanese and Chinese truck brand in Australia. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the technical and business aspects of the heavy vehicle industry, from diagnosing complex mechanical issues to improving operational efficiency. 

Having owned and operated his own heavy vehicle service business and managing branches for industry giants, Richard brings a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the heavy vehicle industry.
